The sale was dealt with by Leanne Taylor and within less than a week she had obtained a sale for me at more than the asking price. It was obvious that Leanne has tremendous expertise in the estate agency business and throughout the whole process she kept me informed of what was happening and also kept on top of both parties solicitors if progress was being delayed. Her enthusiasm and keenness was evident throughout the whole sale process which gave you confidence as a customer that you were being looked after. In addition all the other Mortimer staff that I had to deal with were exceptional in their customer service. I would highly recommend Mortimers if you had a property to sell in the area.
