My experience is 1 for the books. Firstly they are always too busy to show you a property......try them before you advertise. The property is a detached probate property where the vendor and her sister are in agreements and so 4 months after my offer was accepted. They still had not applied for the grant of probate costing me money. Estate agents never made clear ot was a probate property from the start. And I doubt they even had signatures from both sisters. What's even worse is after all of that and I lost money. They re-marketed it with no care to clients losing money. The attitude when I spoke to them was so what we can sell it at that price all day. So be careful. I'm gonna see what I can do legally and I'm taking my story to the local paper as agencies like this need to be exposed when they get it badly wrong.
