Recently sold my 3 bed house in Basford, with Brampton's, who I have been using for mortgage, finance and property services, during the past few years. After getting in touch with Louise to start the process, they quickly visited my house to take photos and write up the add - which we tweaked together. In the first 2 weeks there was a steady stream of viewings.. (more than I was expecting) and I was quickly able to agree an offer, slightly above my advertised price, and also with a timeline that we mutually agreed to suit my needs of moving to a new-build. During the following weeks there were regular updates, especially from Gayle and Diane, and finally the house has sold and everything went to plan.
