As a tenant I had quite a lot of issues with the way estate agent handled things and I eventually gave in and accepted that this is how estate agents treat tenants in this country. I then had the first phone call and it was wonderful customer service from Hodders. The lettings manager Keith Howard was extremely courteous, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He swiftly and easily guided me through the change over process and the whole transition was seamless. It has been so refreshing to have someone so helpful representing a tenant, nothing seems to be too much of a hassle, and Keith even helped me find a cleaner and gardener locally. Thank you Hodders
