I have discussed your comments with all members of my team, none of whom can fathom who you are or what may have resulted in you leaving a 1 star review. There are over 200 individually operated Martin & Co Franchises up and down the country and so perhaps your review was aimed at another branch? At Martin & Co Aldershot we are frequently complimented for our responsiveness and I believe that all of our team care deeply about delivering an empathetic service whilst being sympathetic to each customer’s varying, individual circumstances. If in fact they do relate to dealings with my branch then, of course, they will be taken seriously.
