I have only been in my property just over a month but the service I have received has been fantastic, especially Lauren who I have had 99% of my interactions with. I had a minor issue with the toilet within the first couple weeks and they arranged a plumber to be out the next working day. I also discovered an issue the previous tenant had failed to report and just ‘painted over the problem’. I am still waiting for this problem to be resolved however the agents arranged professionals to come and assess with 24hrs of me reporting, it isn’t a small fix so I understand why this hasn’t been resolved as yet. I was at my previous property 13yrs and myself and my landlady had nothing but problems with Romans, especially in the last 2yrs of the tenancy so I was very nervous moving with a new agency but I’m so glad I did! Good riddance to romans (avoid at all costs!) and thank god for Martin & co!
