We have absolute confidence that everything will always be scheduled and occur in a timely and professional manner from maintenance issues to routine visits and important annual safety certificates. The contractors that are engaged complete repairs and maintenance to a great standard and for very reasonable rates. During challenging times such as pandemic we felt that the business adapted swiftly and professionally to oversee everything as much as was possible. Even more important to us as we are overseas. They were able to market one of our properties virtually to comply with temporary laws and despite the restrictions found us new, excellent tenants. We feel the vetting process is extremely reliable in matching us with the best tenants. We have been so lucky to have Gemma liaising with us and our tenants and she is incredibly responsive, intuitive and professional. We have had more than positive experiences with all members of staff as well and our tenants have definitely seen the managing agents as a positive when renewing and we have had long-term tenants for a while now.
