We are very grateful to Charters for helping us buy our lovely house which we are now very happily settling in to. Matthew was very helpful, professional and supportive all the way through a slightly lengthy process and was very patient and prompt with answering many phone calls and emails from me. We were kept fully up to date with everything that was happening at every stage which was appreciated. Thanks also to Sam for showing us around the house in the first place.
