So nearly got us the sale!

Charters have done an excellent job and so nearly got us a sale but unfortunately the buyer pulled out at the 13th hour! It was completely unexpected but no fault of Charters. They had been very proactive and continue to be so in getting us another buyer. Particular thanks to Jo. Hopefully we will get there in end.
