Excellent service from a friendly team

Charters were very proactive in selling our house in a slow market. Sam was fantastic and always ready to give honest feedback. Matthew then became our primary contact ensuring the sale went through and making sure we were always fully informed. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and I was even able to pick his brains on issues involving my own purchase with a different estate agent. Always friendly and reassuring. We didn't actually buy a property through Sam in the end though this bears no reflection on the time and effort Sam put into arranging appropriate viewings and answering our detailed queries! He was also very gracious in defeat so hopefully next time he will have the house for us!
