Marketing of Alton residential property

I approached Charters to sell my house because the same agent was marketing the house of my choice. The reason to sell was a change in personal circumstances (death in the family) and a need to start afresh. The house didn't sell largely because it needed updating (no real surprise) and some felt the bye pass noise somewhat intrusive. Nonetheless, there were over 35 viewings all of which were handled tactfully and professionally. Mike also kept a very close liaison with the owners of my house of choice who were keen for me to buy it. Sadly, the one promising offer was withdrawn and I decided to withdraw the house from the market, remain and update. Throughout the 9 months of marketing, Charters staff were excellent and Mike was a true professional. I would certainly choose Charters again in the future if or when my house were to be sold.
