Top Negiotator

Mike Marsh or "Jerry Maguire" as I call him, is by far a top negotiator. We managed to have our offer accepted on our new home within less than 24 hours of first show round. This is down to Mike's professional and efficient negotiating skills. He seriously knows his craft and his friendly and knowledgeable manner, to even resolve a situation on his day off shows his professional and efficient approach to purchasing a house. The speed in which things have progressed with our purchase is very fast, and a lot of people say that moving house is incredibly stressful however I can honestly say that Charters took a lot of the stress out of the move.
