A professional and helpful resource through the protracted process

Michael has shown himself to be a competent, profession and imaginative agent over a period of years. Firstly during an aborted buying process and recently through a difficult and protracted selling process he has remain level headed, professional and kept me informed at every stage of selling when other links in the chain have performed poorly. Without him and his fellow staff the selling process may have collapsed. May I finally say that his good nature has enabled him to laugh at my jokes.
