Jamie and his team were great, from our first meeting to value the house, through to the accompanied viewings to offers and our sale process. Frost partnership represented the house we were viewing (and have now bought) and it was hands down a great experience with them. As any first time buyers would agree, buying a house is super stressful and complicated. Emma was looking after us and was a breath of fresh air. No pressurised phone calls or game playing. It was straight, honest and polite conversations throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when it came to sending over correspondence with the sellers and having had some communications from estate agents from other agencies, we were really fortunate we had her as our middle man (woman). Andrew helped us aswell at the very end as was completely informed of the progress of the porperty and was given a proper handover while Emma was on leave. In general, everyone at the Amersham branch were great and were always patient with requests from both sides. Would definitely recommend using them!

?????????? We used the Frost Partnership at Chalfont St Peter to buy a property. We were very attached to our old property and after viewing 50 houses and bungalows had still not found ‘the one’. This placed us in a precarious situation as we had to vacate our old property within just under 8 weeks. Anthony Prokopiou at Frost had been showing us a few properties and soon skilfully worked out what we were looking for, even though we didn’t know it!
