From the outset Andrew was calm and reassuring in his manner. Everything he predicted became a reality and the process - a potentially tricky one - was as straightforward as it could have been.. The positive and considerate way in which he and Emma dealt with sensitive family issues was much appreciated. Their recommendation for a solicitor proved to be a good one.
