I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by The Frost Partnership during my father's tenancy agreement for an apartment in Amersham. Initially, their approach seemed thorough, but subsequent events have led to some distressing issues. When my father was hospitalised and subsequently moved to a care home, their assistance was notably lacking. A particular point of contention is the condition of the patio at the property. At the commencement of the lease, the landlady acknowledged in writing that the patio required cleaning. Despite this, The Frost Partnership is demanding a fee of £190 for its cleaning, which seems unjust given that it was not in a satisfactory state when my father began his tenancy. It is disconcerting that they are insisting on this charge, especially considering my father's advanced age of 92 years. I urge you to consider this communication as a stern cautionary note. While initial impressions may be positive, our experience has been anything but, and it is important to note that there are numerous other estate agents available within a short walking distance. It is disappointing to have to convey such a message, but I believe it is necessary to share our experience so that others may be more informed in their dealings with The Frost Partnership.
