A mixed experience, we first dealt with Danielle who seemed lovely but would never call us back, never pass on any messages and never answer any questions that we asked. We had to wait days for her to even reply with an answer to if our offer was accepted or not. Even if you couldn't get hold of them, at least give us a call to let us know rather than leaving us in the dark all the time. We were very fed up with this service after a couple of weeks and gave up asking questions and just assumed the worst otherwise we would have got nowhere. Thank god Andrew Holdsworth took over as he would proactively chase the whole process and was nothing but nice and helpful for us. He would keep us updated and was very professional at all times.
