I would like to thank the staff at Country Properties in Ampthill, especially Sasha. When our new home came available, we made our interest known and Country Properties did everything they could to get us the keys. Even though we weren't selling through Country Properties, Sasha was always willing to offer advice and go the extra mile to make sure the entire chain, other estate agents and solicitors knew where we were and what we needed to do to get this completed. I felt like Country Properties actually cared for us as a family and not a customer. Sincerely hard working, helpful and friendly, there were times it felt like it might not happen but Sasha always got us back on track and we are so happy to be in our new home for Christmas.
