Having sold our house last year and been unsuccessful in finding anything we tried again earlier this year and had our reservations. We were delighted to come into contact with the team in Ampthill. Firstly, Ken was extremely professional in showing us around the property and dealt with our queries quickly. Our next interaction was with Sasha who dealt with us from offer all the way through to exchange and completion. She’s absolutely brilliant. Extremely professional, and polite but also fair and sensible so far as negotiation goes. She also made the effort to chase all the way down our chain and obtain real updates for us, without her I’m not sure we’d have seen the deal exchange at all!
