We had a competitive but sensible valuation. The house was placed on the market and on Rightmove speedily and efficiently. The agents did all the viewings and it sold quickly. Unfortunately the first sale fell through but Country Properties reacted swiftly to get it back on the market. Sasha was in charge of the sales and was very responsive and organised. She pushed all parties involved to get the 2nd sale completed and exchanged in a timely manner. I would happily use CP again.

I will reserve my comments! All I can say it could have been better and things done differently. It was certainly an Experience that will live long in my mind?😫 Thankfully all over now! Would I recommend this estate agents! Well all I can say is 'How long is a piece of string.? The estate agent in question was Sasha! Say no more! She says one thing infront of you and behind your back she says another! (Double standards)👎 I lost complete confidence in her.😪 Instead of working for me she worked against me.😪😪 Has anyone noticed that all there reviews have 5 stars? They only show the good reviews? Read into that what you may? This is a genuine review not the ones they show?
