Urgent repairs to my rented property

As a landlord of a rented property , things sometimes go wrong when you least expect !! Courtney at Belvoir Andover contacted me relative to such a situation where the washing machine had a fault !!! True to her word , she reported and organised with full professionalism a replacement machine at a good price without me getting involved at all !!!
