The agency works for the landlord of the flat above me and when I realised there was a leak in one of upstair's pipes that passed through my property I contacted the agency. Olivia was unfailingly polite and very efficient even though I am not her client. She also returned calls when she said she would and kept me fully informed either by phone or email. It was a great relief to know the problem was being dealt with by someone so efficient.
