We moved into a rented property this weekend. The process was smooth regarding Belvoir's involvement. The inventory was sent promptly and Max and Karolyn were very friendly and helpful when we went to pick up the keys. The staff at Belvoir have been very helpful throughout the whole house hunting process, we viewed several properties with them and they were always punctual in the appointments and in any written communication. Most of our viewings were with Max who was very informative about the properties, and always very happy to answer our questions. He suggested the house we ending up taking when an application of ours fell through and arranged a viewing the next day which was very much appreciated. We're happy with the service Belvoir provided.
