As first time buyers, myself and my partner were really pleased with the service we received from Belvoir. Our estate agent, Chris, was more than helpful with our queries - we had some difficulties with solicitors and Chris continued to chase them which helped move the process along more quickly. We found the company on the whole really approachable and they were very easy to get a hold of. With the help of Belvoir we have managed to exchange and complete just before Christmas!
