I read somewhere that estate agents are generally regarded below used car salesmen. (sorry used car salesmen!) for honesty and integrity. and sadly have been on the receiving end. Belvoir are the Gleaming exception, All the staff from the top down are ultra professional, helpful, honest, and I have no worries about them managing my properties. Their tenant selection criteria works like a charm, I have never had a problem with Belvoir selected tenants, ever! To return to my automotive analogy, This company is the Rolls Royce of estate agents. I would not consider using any other estate agent.
