Chris was instrumental in marketing and finding potential buyers for our property, ably assisted by a great sales team within Belvoir. Although we had a few false starts with buyers who turned out to be unable to proceed with the purchase, Chris rapidly found a serious buyer who continued through to the successful completion of the sale. Chris regularly liaised with the buyers and their solicitor as well as regular contact with us and our solicitor to check on progress and to help address queries arising. Chris was very helpful with dealing with our queries and requests for progress updates. We are also very grateful for Chris’ ongoing efforts, particularly for persevering with our buyer’s solicitor, to ensure a successful sale completion.
