Always have excellent service from Edele. She is quick and efficient to respond, helpful and willing to work around our needs. Update: After having bought and moved out, I am very happy to say the whole experience with Belvoir has been great. Edele continued to be amazing and VERY responsive throughout and we had a good experience with the checkout process and getting our deposit back facilitated by Emily. I have had an awful experience with other agencies in the past, so this is amazing to see that some places can actually do it well!
