I am still wondering what was wrong with us as they never got back to us all the time we placed a query via your market neither zoopla or directly. First I thought that it was the way decided to deal with quesier during lock down, then , there was a huge difference between how this agency dealt with us and the one in Basingstoke. We could not arrange any house view with this agency even if we sent a couple of emails. With the Basingstoke one, for example, they called back, they book appointment and they gave us suggestion.
