We are, of course, very sorry to hear your views on the sale\/purchase of your old rental properties. As previously explained, we had a change in circumstances after we had committed to the property that meant that we needed the cash for a much larger investment. It was not our plan to sell the properties but this became necessary in order for us to move forward as a business. We worked tirelessly to find the tenants alternative homes and we ensured this was at no cost to them. The tenants on the ground floor had informed us that they planned to move out anyway as they needed a two bed apartment (which is what they now have) and Peter is now in a very nice modern one bed house with his own private garden. He is very happy and we are in regular contact with him. I’m confident that if you spoke to all the tenants, they would all agree that they are now in more suitable accommodation and may be even happier than before. We would be happy to discuss all of this further with you. We find it wholly disappointing and unnecessary that you have felt the need to display your thoughts online in order to try and damage our reputation. You may have seen that we have very very few negative comments from anyone else and we are sincerely sorry that you feel the way you do. We would please ask that you seriously re-consider publishing the comments before we seek further advice.
