Absolutely abysmal. Change
Absolutely abysmal. Change moving in dates without notice and then attempted to lie to cover it up. Incredibly rude staff (at least on the rental side) and very much a 'them and us' attitude when it comes to tenants. Continually fought over trivial matter such as thermostat setting. Delia however was one of the few positive attributes to this branch.
