They are not interested in

They are not interested in helping the tenant, all they want is there money. Damp dirty and mouldy properties. dreadful staff.

Hello, I run the Belvoir franchise in Thirsk, North Yorkshire and this review has just been brought to my attention. It looks like it has been left for us in error. I can see that the reviewer is living in the postcode area SP4 and we cover YO7 which is about 280 miles away from us. As a small family run business, this review could be quite damaging to us and I wondered if Tracey should happen to read this, would she mind amending it to the correct office that you may have had some issues with? Failing that I wonder if the review website could have it amended? Many Thanks Anthony
