Belvoir Lettings....what an absolute rip off £114 move out admin fee deducted from my deposit!!!!! after paying a fortune to move into a flat that had obviously not had a professional clean (the toilet was disgusting and took me weeks to get clean) but had to prove I had had a professional clean done on leaving!!! The carpets were "beyond the end of their life" according to the carpet cleaning man and it had holes in the stair carpet, possible health and safety risk but they wouldn't replace and also they put new heaters in but never came back and made good the walls after....would never use again or let anyone i know use either
