Just an update on my review, for the sales team at Belvoir Andover this time. The support and service I got from the team has been amazing. Given that the purchase of my flat has been lenghthy and complicated, through times when interest rates have gone mad, I felt the agents were on my side and did not add to the stress of buying this property. They have been responsive, pushed and chased the solicitors and generally have been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The agency works for the landlord of the flat above me and when I realised there was a leak in one of upstair's pipes that passed through my property I contacted the agency. Olivia was unfailingly polite and very efficient even though I am not her client. She also returned calls when she said she would and kept me fully informed either by phone or email. It was a great relief to know the problem was being dealt with by someone so efficient.

Imogen’s customer service is phenomenal. Not only is she honest, but she works around the clock to ensure both the seller and buyer are happy.
