Whilst we didn't not end up purchasing a home with Brockenhurst, we were impressed by their service. In particular how professional and friendly Matt was to property viewing requests, he really cared about assisting us with trying to find a home when we were outbid on another property they had listed. In a busy market he still ensured to us up to date with properties that were in the pipeline. Also we must mention to Amy who was patient and knowledgeable during property visits.
