The team at Brockenhurst are a credit to the industry. Whenever we viewed a property through them, they were always very professional and knowledgeable in their portfolio. If ever I had a question they didn't know the answer to, they went away and got the answers and responded very promptly. We were buying a property through brockenhurst and unfortunately it fell through as my buyer was made redundant. They went above and beyond to get photos of my property to list through them to increase exposure online to help sell the flat. Sadly the original property did not go ahead. However on the 2nd attempt one of the team contacted me to notify me that a property had fallen through. This property was everything we were after and more. Thanks to a simple phone call and thinking of us they helped their seller sell again quickly and got us a fantastic new home. Not only did they excel at selling the property but they were also great at keeping on top of solicitors to make sure everyone was up to date. If there was something missing one of the team would work tirelessly to get the last bit of paperwork done so that we could move in. Could not say a negative thing about these guys.
