I have had a very positive experience with Brockenhurst. They valued the property confidently, arranged viewings within a couple of weeks, and obtained an offer just below the asking price from one of the initial viewings. They had a dedicated "Move Manager" who provided the updates and interfaces required to progress the deal. Unfortunately, because of misplaced deeds, the sale stalled, but Brockenhurst recognised that both buyer and seller was committed and organised an interim rental agreement which then gave time for location of the deeds, and completion of the sale.
