Very poor customer service and rude discriminative sarcastic manners in management. (Which clearly said I don’t care about customers.. you pay me) btw I will be releasing reordered conversations to YouTube very soon to reveal there real bad side. Keep changing customer assistants due to lack of their knowledge and legislations. Wrong informations on website to attract customers. As soon as you ask target property, they just taking you round and round by explaining about other expensive properties without even hesitating about customers words. Basically it’s like they sell what they want. Not what we after.. and after all they saying their system is down today and I heard the same thing for last 30 days. Even after informing no changes on website and keep violating consumer rights act. Which I found very disrespectful and unlawful. I will NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY BANK DETAILS OR any other things. And also I being posting this post for many many times. And they Keep removing this because they know they are wrong. Btw, they blocked my number as well. They thought I’m from BBC Panorama. Lol also you violating google review policies as well. I wonder how these sort of unlawful black handed company survive in UK under great law. Fake compliment messages from friends and family and replying as a proper drama to create their own reputation. Disappointed. THIS PLACE IS SO DODGY..
