Very proffessional but also individual service which I don't think you would get from bigger estate agents. Always on the other end of phone or text. Very responsive in getting answers and getting things done quickly. Even after opening after covid lockdown from offer to sale 8 weeks!! Really pleased with pictures and video great marketing. My partner and I were going from a house share to a 2 bed flat. Previously, we had not been impressed with the way some lettings agents had rushed viewings or had arranged other potential clients to view the property at the same time, but Oyster really impressed us. Umit was punctual, allowed us to take our time viewing the property and was very warm personally. All questions were answered (if he did not know, he didn't pretend, found out and got back to us in a timely fashion).
