Bought buy to let with tenants so more complex than normal but Sarju was excellent with options available to us to make informed decisions. Their products are simple easy to understand when it comes to offering rent protection which I really liked as appose to an underwritten policy by insurance company, we know what’s covered which in turn helped make our decision making easier. Manesh was excellent at negotiating our offer which was effected as we approaching the end of the first holiday extension to stamp duty. Both Sarju and Manesh work hard and go the extra mile even after our purchase was completed to ensure we happy and everything is going well.
