Love Bourne. Originally, as property managers, they really impressed me with their professionalism and handling. So much so, that when it came to the sale, it was a no brainer to use them again. Everything went really well and without any of the stereotypical Estate Agent BS we sadly see so often in this business. Special thanks to Hugo (and Hayden) for his professionalism and tenacity even after the sale and through to completion. Also to Becky and the lettings team, who were all excellent and always communicated well. I would highly recommend Bourne as one of the few great players in this field.
