Have recently purchased a house with the help of Joe at ME Estate agents, the whole process was seamless and was kept up to date along the way. Joe's recommendations for additional services were very good as well. I would happily use Joe again to buy/sell a house.

Have recently sold a flat and bought a house using Joe at ME Estate Agents in Ash Vale. I would highly recommend both Joe and ME - I will definitely be telling my friends who are thinking of selling. Unlike any other estate agent I have dealt with before, Joe and ME are genuine and very knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process of sale and purchase, Joe has been at the end of the phone and always on hand to help. Their virtual reality tool is a definite plus in both selling and buying and if you are thinking of putting your house on the market, I would use ME.

We had put in an offer for a house in September 2020 and have only just recently moved into our new home. It's been a long wait with issues from other areas of our purchase, however ME were always consistent and helpful with response to my questions and also in chasing any information we needed from the seller’s and their solicitors. When first shown around the property Courtney was lovely and accommodating and followed on from that with very professional and casual emails which made me feel more at ease about the process especially as we were first time buyers. Matt picked up communication with us after Christmas as everywhere went into lockdown and would go out of his way to make sure we had want we needed and would communicate regularly with us throughout the last of the process to keep us updated. When moving in we had some issues with habitability of the house, Matt was on it and chased this straight away with the seller’s and their solicitor which is now in process of being resolved. All in all ME have been the only real constant in our first time buying process and we have been grateful for this. May even consider selling through them too. Thank you! One of the worst estate agents I have come across. AvoidNegativeProfessionalism

I'd get them 0 stars. I asked for them to list my property. On both viewings the lights were left on overnight until the next evening when I went back to the property. The cat flap was broken although they claim it was not them eventhough they were the only other people with keys to my property. The worst thing is they let random people view your property if they happen to walk past and are interested. Without checking their situation or if they're really interested in the first place. Obviously this compromises the security of the house as the house is empty. However they saw no issue with this at all. I find this really bizarre. At least other agents ask people to register first so they can be sure they're serious before showing them your property. Such an unprofessional company and they have no respect for your property. All they're interested in is lining their pockets. The agent was very clear in saying they let anyone view the property and register them afterwards if they're interested. A backwards way to do. When I confronted them, the agent couldn't be straight forward and couldn't actually tell me the truth. I kept catching his lies and he kept changing his story. I guess they're just sales people after all! Not sure how many reviews are genuine as many have only done 1 review and that's a sure way to spot fake reviews. I wouldnt recommend them and wouldnt work with them even if they were the last agent available. Awful, unprofessional and disrespectful.
