After securing my mortgage I was transferred to Lynn Hughes, whose communication was excellent, as somebody who works away from home, this was vital to keep me informed and help keep the mortgage process moving at a fast pace, she also kept my solicitor and estate agents informed, making sure that nobody was left out of the loop as to what was going on.
