At the outset we discussed a strategy designed to see if we could achieve more money for your house than another agent felt it was worth. It was agreed that we wouldn’t tie you to any contract should the strategy not work as we hoped, which is what has transpired. Although unsuccessful in finding a buyer for you, we not only delivered on the promise that we would use social media, enhanced property listings and an open day to try and sell your home, but also on our own standards, producing a full listing and helping prepare and photographing the property in anticipation of marketing to ensure the best pictures could be obtained.
