As our fees can differ depending on the value of the house, we are unable to advertise these as it may be misleading to our clients, however all fees are fully discussed on the free market appraisal so you can make an informed decision. In regards to the hours advertised on our website, these are stated as telephone opening times only due to the current pandemic and therefore are correct.
