We have just bought our first house, which was up for sale with Ryder & Dutton in Ashton. We had a long long struggle due to the current COVID situation, with delays along the way, at every stage. The one part of the puzzle that was completely faultless was Ryder and Dutton! Evie was our contact and she literally kept on top of EVERYONE and EVERYTHING, including both solicitors, the vendor, and was always one step ahead of me.
