We had a bad experience with a previous estate agents. I called Alex the manager to explain my situation and he was more than helpful. We moved over to Ryder and Dutton within days. The photos Alex took were first class. He came on 3 occasions to get the right shots. Nothing is a problem for the team at Ryder and Dutton Ashton under Lyne branch. They have been helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Evie is lovely and has kept me well informed of everything, she's been so good at keeping me calm during the whole process. I've had my own online tracker to keep up with viewings, feedback and the sale process. Even during the height of the pandemic covid 19 nothing has been an isuue, they have worked through it all amazingly whilst respecting social distancing rules. I just wish we went with them first.
