I have used the Mortgage Advice Bureau for two mortgage applications and a remortgage over the past 4 years. All of the advisors I have spoken to are professional and efficient. Special mentions to: Katie (Collins) - she has dealt with both of my mortgage applications. She is friendly, helpful and professional - nothing seems to be too much hassle. She is quick to respond to emails and was proactive in keeping me in the loop. Gabrielle (Swarbrick) - she has dealt with my mortgage application this time around. All of communications with her have been remote (due to COVID restrictions) however the advice she gave me was detailed and allowed me to make the right decision for me. Again, nothing seemed to be too much hassle and she was friendly, professional and approachable. I would highly recommend this service and I wouldn’t use another company.
