I've just recently sold my house with my partner and moved to a new property. When we bought our house originally we had a nightmare doing everything ourselves and this time we promised we wouldn't put ourselves through it, so asked Ryder & Dutton for their recommended Mortgage Advisor. They passed us to Gabrielle Swarbrick first and we later were passed to Katie Collins. Both Katie and Gabrielle have been absolutely amazing. I completely messed up my Mortgage in principle agreement so was in a panic and a rush to have something sorted and Gabrielle was able to assist us with absolute urgency and was quick and responsive every step of the way. I can't believe how quick and easy the whole process was and could not fault the service provided at all. We barely had to do anything and could leave everything in Gabrielle's hands after we initially handed over all of our information. From there we only needed to sign one or two things and before we knew it, everything was done. Once everything was sorted and arranged, Katie then picked up this up and regularly checked in with both us and our solicitors to make sure everything was going okay. She chased things for us without us mentioning, and she even helped provide advice complete outside that of our mortgage Every step of the way both Katie and Gabrielle were great, and the total price was better than some of the other services we looked at, so I cannot fault them in any way.
