Ryder and Dutton (Ashton branch - specifically Georgia Lord and Manager - Alex) supported me to sell my dads house as dad had moved into a residential home and the money was needed to pay for the fees. Alex was really understanding at first helping to put the house on the market, then Georgia took over with supporting the sale. Part way through the sale process, my dad sadly passed away. This was an extremely difficult and emotional time for me, but Georgia was empathetic, sensitive and great in managing the sale situation and keeping everyone updated whilst probate was granted. Nearer to the end of the sale, she was very efficient in keeping on top of solicitors to bring the sale to completion.
