We rented a property managed by Ryder & Dutton which we went on to buy from the landlord after the initial tenancy period. On the rental side, the initial referencing process was long winded but I imagine separates the wheat from the chaff. The house is well presented and maintained, the lettings team were extremely helpful, we dealt with Carmel at head office as well as Linda and Vicky at the Ashton branch.
